It's important to have friends at work," said Taylor. "Not only will they make the workday more fun, but they can also be a valuable network.
Perfectionism is a recipe for unhappiness," said Taylor. "No one is perfect, and if you're always striving for perfection.
It's important to take breaks during the workday," said Pachter. "Get up and stretch, take a walk, or just step away from your desk for a few minutes.
Don't expect your job to be perfect," said Taylor. "No job is perfect, and if you're always looking for something to complain about, you'll never be happy.
There's no need to get upset over every thing that goes wrong," said Pachter. "Remember, it's just a job. It's not worth getting yourself worked up over.
