Goal was to decrease cost for overtime hours and improve efficency . I implement shift system 2 day night shift – 2 day second shift – 2 day first shift – 2 day free . On this way instead of 6 day shift we reduce staying overtime in company , reducing cost for overtime hours , improve effiecency because employees have more time to rest , and have 24 hours free time between changing shifts , in addition to cost reductions, employees came more rested and satisfied to work .
