As a Customer Service Excellence Representative at CIBC I am reponsible for listening to clients requests as they call in, and then working with that client to find a solution to their problem.
The one big thing that I held onto from CIBC is that clients call in for a variety of reasons, they don’t always know exactly what they need. In CSE I took it upon myself to educate and create financial solutions for my clients that will benefit them lboth long and short term.
I was able to do this through constructing a full understanding of CIBC’s financial suite to get clients the access to funds, investments, or debt consolidation they need to make their financial futures bright. I’m happy to say that I changed a few lives in the process.
