Responsible for market share, market growth, product training, Sales People development and profitabilty of the sales department. I was frequently asked by the corporate office to travel and train other branches and dealers on new product offerings. I was fortunate to win the Sales Manager Momentum Award in 2002 recognizing the top Sales Managers in the company. Two of my Direct Reports are currently Sales Managers in Atlanta and performing at a high level.
Account Manager
Responsible for maintaining a customer base while growing market share for Crown products along with warehouse solutions in a defined geographic territory. I had my territory changed or shifted 2 times in my 5 years and was able to remain successful. I never lost a Crown customer to a competitor and was able to consistenty grow the business.
Parts Associate
Responsible for filling parts orders for customers and technicians, putting away stock orders, pressing tires, and delivering parts to consignment and large volume customers when needed.
