ASIS uses a 10DoF instrumentation telemetry package integrated on to the fuse well of 1000 pound/HSLD bombs to gather quantitative data needed by flight test engineers and designers during stick-release flight test to better understand the relative separation of stores at various instances of time till impact point and also to validate the safe store separation characteristics.
