Identify business Opportunities; pipeline build up and sales conversion towards the execution of the Radio business through working on clients communicaton plans and strategies.

Closely work with the Commercial Director to achieve the Unit & Financial goals by effectively managing the Product Portfolio.

Ensuring accurate forecasting and Evaluating performance against plan at appropriate intervals (e.g., daily, weekly) & instigate corrective actions to keep on track to achieve the set goals

Providing relevant input to the annual & quarterly planning cycles by set key financials through the Agency networks.

Identify Key competitor trends and provide feedback on competitive “price: spec”; working with the marketing team to help arrive at appropriate product positioning and messaging

Key Achievements

Together with the Commercial director, changed perception at Key agencies that RMS was arrogant when it came to negotiations and deal making in the Agency circles. This was key to untying new money.

Grew radio revenues for 2018 &2019 rapidly as we entered into specific partnerships with some key clients and key agencies for exclusive deals.

Greatly reduced costs to the Goup by tightening the reporting structure and keeping key people to deliver even better results by closing gaps and through restructuring the core team.
