To complete my two-year study course at CPP – La Prépa des INP, I applied for a 6 weeks intership whithin the team MONC (a team specialized in cancer research) at the national research institute for digital science and technology Inria.

My assignement was to compute simulations of tumour cells circulating in the blood and therfore analyse the impact of several parameters affecting the model. Here are the principal tasks I have been led to do.

  • Analysing and solving a Differencial equation in a stochastic model using Python
  • Implement and conduct thousands of simulations to identify the most impacting parameters
  • Writing a ~ 30 pages report detailing the subject and all the work I did.
