Executing and following up on the HR processes and policies; as well as taking an advisory role towards the management team. Monitoring and reporting on different strategic KPI’s: headcount planning, forecasting and chargeability – revenue. Presenting to and advising the senior business leads on how to keep those KPI’s in balance through corrective and anticipatory actions. I was also looking after the appropriate business engagement of consultants – making an ideal match between the available resource pool and the skills that are needed on the projects, while at the same time making sure there is a healthy people pyramid.

The role of HR Business Partner enabled me to work from both a strategic and a people perspective.
