It is an organization who work on behalf of US Insurance Agency.
My role was there to verify documents that the clients were provided via mail. and process those documents into the Client’s software.
I basically generated some Commercial certificate which called COI and process those as soon as possible.
Meanwhile i was accountable for all Commercial Insurance related task i had been provided, like premium uploaded, then mortgage, claim reported, Policy renual etc.
