Present

  • Facilitate product discovery workshops for the projects based on the blockchain. The output of the workshop was the backlog that was sized and within 5 weeks we built the MVP version that was ready for ICO(Initial Coin Offering) which ensured funds of more than 10 million euros to continue with the product development.
  • Articulate the product backlog from the product vision through the number pf product discovery workshop for Data lake on AWS in the digital marketing industry for one of the leading Dutch media companies. The product was delivered within the agreed timeline and budget. The reports based on a huge amount of data and with near-real-time accuracy directed the companies marketing activities. 
  • In the role of the Product Owner defined vision for the strategically important project for the big e-commerce company. The product vision was articulated into the product backlog and the team built the data lake on GCP that could provide reports to the sales and logistics department. During this process was in charge of all aspects of the projects including stakeholder management, project planning, reporting, and escalation management.
  • The company in the area of digital marketing grew from 2 to 10 teams distributed across 4 countries. During this process of rapid growth together with other Delivery Managers, I was in charge to facilitate agile transformation and build the agile engineering culture to create please and productive environment for all team members. Over a period of 5 years, I was responsible to monitor all the projects on the portfolio management level and facilitate the activities of 4 more Delivery Managers. Within my responsibilities were reporting the status to C-level management, incident management, and escalation management. 
  • Managed the implementation of the Excel plug-in for the world-leading media company in the area of the planning, transacting, and evaluating media across platforms. The project scope was upfront agreed and the timeline was aggressive. The project was delivered within the timeline budget and met the customer expectations. 
  • Facilitate the pre-sales process for new customers in which presented the technical and management expertise of the company that can help potential customers to achieve business goals. As a result of this process wrote with the pre-sales team the proposal that was signed off by the customer.
  • Responsible for the implementation of an agile way of working and principles for different customers, kick-off meetings, user story mapping sessions, planning sessions, facilitating refinement sessions, retrospectives, and review sessions. 
  • Participated in the recruitment and interviewing process
  • Once the new team member is hired was responsible for his/her onboarding process through the introduction with the company internal procedures, way of working, and learning about company culture.
