Experience Expert and Client Service
I am currently part of GR8 Group, an international Experience Agency specialized in the creation of unique and once in a lifetime experiences for UHNWI. We provide VIP access to rexclusive + off-the-market experiences, based on the clients’ needs and passions: sport, fashion, music, destination, culinary, entertainment etc.
As I am based in Italy, I currently manage and support GR8 Italy Director in the creation, organization and execution of Italy related experiences. Since I speak fluent Spanish, I am also in charge of Spain related experiences.
With GR8 I definitely improved my knowledge for the production of an experience, from the beginning to the delivery of the product, often hosting our clients. Customer service and email marketing are also part of my duties. Good use of Quickbooks too.
I worked for almost 2 years at OCR, a software company for global trade compliance, My duties included:
Occasionally support the Sales Directors qualifying and generating new sales leads.
Assist the Chief of the company with his agenda, book his travels and plan events and exhibitions for the company.
Take care of the office in terms of welcoming, provide supplies ecc
When I joined the company expenses were pretty high and one of my goal was to lower the cost of conferences organization and travel booking. I had put all my efforts in trying to have a great service where quality and price were fair enough and I was able to decrease the expenses of 20%.
Translator/Brand Ambassador/Promotional Model
I worked in many international exhibitions and public/private events. Some brands I worked for: Samsung, Porsche, Vodafone, Huawei, Dove Chocolate, Lindt, Ekletta, Land Rover, HeadBangers, 101 Studio Shangai, Fine Art Lamps, Nokia, Magnum, Thrustmaster, Ubisoft, Oracle, Replay, Gold&Diamonds, X-Factor etc.
Working at international events and exhibition was an opportunity to keep practicing my language skills in both spanish and english. I worked for different companies, each of them with a different products and due to the lasting of events and exhibitions that usually range from 1 day to maximum 10 days, I had to be fast in learning about the company and the product to deliver the best message possible to the visitors. From chandeliers to bycicle, from smarthphone to apparel, from videogames to sunglasses, I was always observing and listening to the sales team in the booth to then be able and independent to present the product to visitors. I have been told to be a quick learner with a lot of initiative.
