- Was responsible for taking care of the infra where we had windows servers, linux servers and the automation platform, following the ITIL practices.

- Creating SDR (Service Delivery Report) in predefined excel and ppts format, preparing SOPs, giving KT to new joiners and mentoring them
- Attending the clients call and explaining the report to them and discussing the issues/enhancements, if any.
