  • Was responsible for taking care of the infra where we had windows servers, linux servers and the automation platform, following the ITIL practices.
  • Acknowledging the mails and incidents, creating JIRA tickets, updating Service Now and responding to client with proper resolution within SLA Updates and upgrades.
  • Creating SDR (Service Delivery Report) in predefined excel and ppts format, preparing SOPs, giving KT to new joiners and mentoring them
  • Attending the clients call and explaining the report to them and discussing the issues/enhancements, if any.
