  • Initiating project discussion with client (Planning, understanding the requirement and getting all required details/asset
  • Look at the timeline and agree on the same. If we need extra time provide a valid reason, check the backlogs, decide on priorities
  • Reviewing assets (all documentations, assets like pdf, files, images, mock-up, reference sites) are available or not
  • Execution of the project: working closely with project development team. Briefing the project requirements, understanding the challenge, closing the gaps/queries if any. Monitoring the project updates on daily basis to ensure delivery is on time as per dates decided.
  • Quality checks: work closely with QA team to understand what are the challenges, who are the defaulters, what training have to be provided to them and evaluating the progress of team members on weekly/monthly.
  • Testing: in case required. Testing on different application, mobile tabs Android & IOS
  • Delivery:  Ensure all relevant URLs, files are clubbed together, all required information that client or agency needs like observations, suggestions or any pending activities to be clearly called out.
  • Feedback from client – two types – Our mistakes and Change requests – both has its own handling process. define it very well and in detail.
  • Closure of project – Documenting the project closure and handing it to relevant client. Manage Project schedule and provide weekly status of the project
  • Analytics and Reporting post launch.
